May Half-term

2026: Girls and boys will join a brand new pre-prep in Reception year at Westminster Under School

2026: Girls will also join boys at Westminster Under School in Years 3 and 7

Year 4 

English -  Simple and expanded noun phrases.

Maths - We continued our work on decimals and fractions. Focusing on place value columns we worked on decimal calculations. 

Year 5 

English - Comprehension modern fiction. 

Maths - We investigated probability; discussing the language associated and expressing probabilities as fractions, decimals and percentages. We made predictions and conducted experiments on flipping coins and rolling dice.

Verbal Reasoning - Related numbers. 

Non-verbal Reasoning - We completed three mini tests under timed conditions on various NVR question types.

Interview Practice - What sort of things can you do to make a good impression? The children listed things such as: a good handshake, eye conduct, polite manners, posture, a smile etc
